We’re looking for a Facilities Management Coordinator who will act as the customer-facing representative across multiple sites, bringing together facilities services to provide a seamless, high-quality experience for building users.
Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for all FM-related queries, ensuring requests are logged, tracked, and resolved efficiently.
- Maintain a visible presence across sites, proactively supporting occupants and ensuring shared spaces are clean, tidy, and well-presented.
- Coordinate and manage work orders via CAFM systems, including raising jobs, tracking progress, and liaising with relevant teams.
- Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates on outstanding issues and service delivery.
- Support health, safety, and compliance activities, including playing an active role during fire emergency procedures and carrying out monthly PPMs.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in Facilities Management.
- IOSH or NEBOSH certified.
- Experience using CAFM systems for logging and managing work orders.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
