We are looking for a Compliance Assistant who will deliver excellent service standards, while meeting SLA agreements and adhering to administrative schedules.
Contract: Permanent
Type: Part Time
Hours: 25 hours per week (09:30β14:30, Monday to Friday)
Pay: Β£13.00 per hour
Location: Pladis, Crossley Road, Stockport, Cheshire, England, M19 2SD
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support across a variety of tasks and systems.
- Act as a central contact for the team, managing calls and communications.
- Raise purchase orders and manage tasks within the CAFM system.
- Support monthly reporting and maintain shared drive documentation.
- Coordinate waste service bookings, fleet car servicing, and PPE/uniform/stationery orders.
What we are looking for:
- Experience in administration or customer service.
- Strong IT skills, especially with Microsoft Office.
- Ability to prioritise, multitask, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
