We're looking for an Asset Data & Compliance Analyst (Maximo & Compliance) to support the National Grid asset verification programme, ensuring all asset changes are accurately captured, validated and maintained within Maximo while supporting operational delivery, compliance assurance and asset data integrity across approximately 328 sites.
Role Responsibilities
- Manage all asset additions, removals and amendments resulting from the asset verification programme, ensuring asset records are uploaded, validated and maintained within Maximo with complete, accurate and fully auditable data.
- Validate asset hierarchies, attributes and maintenance requirements, ensuring alignment with SFG20 maintenance standards and the correct Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules and tasks for all applicable assets.
- Identify and resolve asset data discrepancies, duplicates and quality issues, whilst supporting data cleansing, continuous improvement initiatives and Return to Green (RTG) objectives through improved asset data governance and system accuracy.
- Produce regular reporting on asset verification progress, data quality and compliance performance, develop reporting dashboards and management information packs, and support contract audit activities through accurate asset records and documentation.
- Work closely with Operational, Compliance, Technical and Commercial teams to ensure statutory maintenance requirements are reflected within Maximo, support commercial governance processes, assist with asset costing, pricing activities, variation requests and prepare supporting documentation for VCCR submissions.
Required Qualifications
- Experience managing asset data within Maximo or a similar CAFM/EAM platform, with a strong understanding of asset management principles and Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) programmes.
- Knowledge of SFG20 maintenance standards, strong analytical and data management skills, advanced Microsoft Excel skills, and excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Experience working within compliance-led or regulated environments, with the ability to manage large volumes of data, prioritise workloads effectively and communicate confidently with a range of stakeholders.
Desirable
- Experience within Facilities Management, Utilities or Critical Infrastructure sectors, understanding of statutory compliance requirements, experience supporting asset verification or mobilisation programmes, awareness of commercial governance and variation control processes, and knowledge of National Grid or similar regulated infrastructure environments.
