ROLE: Mobile Plumbing Engineer HOURS: 40 Hours LOCATION: Maidstone

We're looking for a Mobile Plumbing Engineer who will work across a range of Mitie client sites, undertaking inspections, maintenance, and repairs on commercial plumbing and drainage installations while delivering an exceptional level of service.

Role Responsibilities

  • Undertake inspections, maintenance, adaptations, and repairs across a variety of commercial plumbing and drainage installations.
  • Carry out pipework inspections and identify defects, recommending and completing remedial works where required.
  • Provide a high level of customer service, answering client queries and keeping clients informed of site activities during service visits.
  • Complete all work-related documentation accurately and on time, including inspection reports, service records, and remedial work logs.
  • Work in accordance with Health & Safety regulations, Permit to Work procedures, and safe systems of work at all times.

Required Qualifications

  • Previous experience within a Maintenance, Facilities Management, or similar environment.
  • City & Guilds Level 2, NVQ Level 2, equivalent qualification, or relevant technical diploma in Plumbing or a related discipline.
  • Good knowledge of Health & Safety legislation, Permit to Work procedures, and safe systems of working.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to provide excellent client service.
  • Physically capable of carrying out the full range of duties associated with the role.
