Responsibilities:
- Keep equipment clean, well maintained and in safe working order, meeting agreed SLAs.
- Develop knowledge of the designated cleaning area, when work needs to be carried out, and the cleaning equipment and chemicals used on the premises, while following Health and Safety requirements.
- Undergo all training required to deliver the cleaning role.
- Work within a team and be able to work under own initiative.
- Build positive and productive working relationships with customers, deliver excellent customer service, and identify ways to continuously improve and exceed expectations.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Ability to communicate and read basic English.
- Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential.
- Flexible approach to the role.
- Open, honest, self-driven and determined.
