About the Role
Signature is seeking an experienced Workplace Services Manager to lead the delivery of Front of House services within a prestigious corporate environment.
Reporting to the Portfolio Operations Manager, this role will provide strategic and operational leadership across Reception, Concierge and Events services, ensuring the delivery of an exceptional workplace experience, outstanding service standards and strong stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop Front of House teams to deliver a consistently high-quality service.
- Oversee operational performance, workforce planning, recruitment and service standards.
- Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and wider Mitie service teams.
- Develop and maintain Front of House operating procedures, training programmes and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead workplace projects, mobilisations and service enhancements while ensuring contractual KPIs are achieved.
About You
- Proven leadership experience within Workplace Experience, Hospitality, Front of House or Corporate Services.
- Strong people management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience leading operational performance and service excellence.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive positive change.
- Passion for delivering exceptional workplace and guest experiences.
