Salary: £43,000 per annum

Hours: 40 hours, Monday–Friday between 7:30am – 6:00pm (shift pattern)

The Role

We are looking for a Workplace Coordinator who can bring together workplace operations, reception, client hosting and five-star service to our Client's office runs smoothly every day. Based in a prestigious corporate workplace, you will help create a safe, efficient and professional environment for colleagues, clients and visitors, ensuring every interaction feels warm, polished and well organised. This is a hands-on coordination role, combining guest services and reception, office operations, workplace standards, meeting support and client hosting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the day-to-day running of the office, ensuring a safe, efficient and professional environment across floors 6 and 7
  • Deliver a warm, polished reception and client hosting experience for visitors, clients and colleagues
  • Manage visitor services, guest passes, mail, couriers and key workplace support tasks
  • Support client meetings, VIP visits, events and internal communications, ensuring spaces are prepared to a high standard
  • Maintain workplace presentation, office resources, equipment and supplies, escalating any health, safety or operational issues promptly
