Hours: 36 Hours a week, Relief Officer - Monday to Sunday - Days and Nights (07:00-19:00, 19:00-07:00)

About the Role

  • Dual officer role (Control Room Operator/Security Officer)
  • Delivering excellent customer service
  • Good level of concentration and coordinating
  • Good communication skills and effective report writing capabilities
  • Physical protection of the premises from any external or internal threats and preservation of life
  • Prevention of loss of assets, critical technology, sensitive information or reputational damage
  • Thorough knowledge of the client to minimise impact to business areas, elaborate where appropriate and understanding of critical systems
  • Oversee perimeter access through reception for staff, tenants, contractors, and visitors.
  • Undertaking patrolling, searching and emergency response procedures.
  • Monitor access and egress of personnel and guests and respond to breaches
  • Maintain clear and legible records and logbook, adhere to health & safety at all times.
  • Any other duties deemed necessary
  • Incident management.
