Mitie Fire Protection, part of Mitie Property Services UK, is looking to recruit an experienced Contract Manager to join their already established team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing management and support to our Operatives and to our Contracts. They will be well versed in Fire Protection and Fire Doors Installation/Maintenance with proven experience. The correct person will have excellent time management and be able to plan their own diary.
In this fast-paced role you will need to have strong communication and interpersonal skills to support colleagues, work together in teams and a passion for delivering exceptional service. You must have a full clean driver's license.
Requirements:- Minimum of 3 years experience in a Contract Management Role preferred
- Must be FIRAS accredited
- Strong knowledge of Fire Safety Regulations
- Computer Literacy for use of Outlook, Excel and Word competently
- The understanding of BM Trada, SMSTS and PASMA/IPAF
- Excellent presentation, leadership and management skills
- First Aid Trained
- Proven ability to manage, motivate and influence workforce behaviours
- Managing teams, contributing to business plans and profit and loss reporting
