You will work a 4 on 4 off pattern, 7am-7pm, handling tasks across plumbing, carpentry, painting and general repairs. The role requires you to carry out planned and reactive maintenance, keep accurate logs, and communicate updates to clients while adhering to health and safety guidelines.
