Multi skilled Engineer - Fabric Engineer BiasHours: 42 Hrs (4 on 4 off - 7am-7pm)Location: London, We're looking for a Multi Skilled Fabric Engineer who will deliver excellent service standards, while meeting SLA agreements and adhering to maintenance schedules at our London Bridge site working a 4 on 4 off days 7am-7pm shift pattern.
Role Responsibilities
- Deliver building fabric maintenance and repairs including plumbing, carpentry, painting, and patch works.
- Carry out minor mechanical/Plumbing repairs and planned preventative maintenance (PPMs).
- Maintain inspection logs, remedial reports, and communicate updates to clients.
- Perform tasks such as door repairs, ceiling tile replacements, tiling, and gutter clearance.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards and maintain equipment condition.
Experience in facilities management or building services.
Qualifications
- Trade background or served experience in a similar role.
- Basic electrical and/or plumbing skills.
- Manual handling certified and physically fit for working at heights and confined spaces.
- Strong communication skills and IT literacy for task recording and updates.
