We are looking for an organised, efficient, and experienced Control Room Operator to join our security team for Mitie Business Services. You will be working within a supportive team to maintain and monitor CCTV, intruder, and fire alarm panels.

Your key responsibilities will include assisting with daily operational requirements – ensuring compliance and accurate recording of incidents to outline identified risks. As part of your role, you will be required to escape incidents, report Health and Safety concerns, and respond to emergency situations also producing accurate reports to ensure alarms are efficiently responded to.

Our ideal candidate will have awareness of the law across, The Private Security Industry, Health and Safety for the Private Security Operative, Fire Safety, Technology and Systems in the Security environment and Emergency Procedures. If you have prior control room or security experience, a passion for delivering excellent customer service and a desire to excel, apply today!
