Shift pattern: Saturday & Sundays (5:00am - 1:00pm)
Contractual Hours: 16 hours per week
Location: Holt Park Leisure Centre, Holtdale Approach, Leeds, West Yorkshire, England LS16 7RX
We're looking for a Weekend Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Holt Park Active Leisure Centre. This is a hands-on role where you'll lead a small cleaning team, maintain high standards across the site and support the day-to-day running of cleaning operations. What You Will Do Here
- Lead and support the weekend cleaning team.
- Check that all cleaning tasks have been completed to the required standard.
- Sign off daily cleaning activities.
- Train new team members and support existing staff.
- Make sure equipment sign-out sheets are completed correctly.
- Keep cleaning cupboards clean, organised and safe.
- Report any staff performance or conduct concerns to the Site Manager.
- Help maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment for customers and colleagues.
What We're Looking For
- Previous cleaning experience.
- Good communication skills.
- Reliable and organised approach.
- Ability to work independently and lead a team.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to support others.
Previous supervisory experience is desirable but not essential.
