Your role
- Protect people, property, and assets, maintaining a safe environment
- Follow Assignment Instructions (AIs) and company policies
- Identify hazards and take appropriate action to reduce risk
- Maintain professional standards, including keeping your SIA licence valid
- Record incidents accurately and communicate effectively with the team and management
- Work collaboratively as part of a core team, supporting colleagues when needed
- Adapt to changes and suggest improvements to enhance security operations
What We're Looking For
- Required: Valid SIA Licence
- Required: Minimum 5 years continuous UK residency for security vetting
- Strong observational and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently while supporting the team
- Desirable: SC Clearance
- Previous security experience (preferred but not essential)
