ROLE: Key Account Manager

HOURS: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

LOCATION: Regional Recruitment – Oxford / Southampton: Mobile position, travelling to client sites.

We’re seeking a motivated and customer‑centric Key Account Manager to join our Mitie Landscapes sector, to ensure that we deliver exceptional results every day to our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Increase the company's total revenue from the designated contracts.
  • Manage and develop professional relationships with clients and internal colleagues.
  • Ensure all internal and external KPIs and SLAs are met.
  • Oversee financial management of client contracts.
  • Ensure service delivery across the contracts aligns with company policies and procedures (HR, QHSE, RTW, Vetting and Compliance).
  • Maximise the contract life cycle through integration of the contracts and understanding the philosophy and culture of the customer.

Qualifications:

  • Experience within a field‑based account management position.
  • Demonstrated passion for developing relationships internally and externally.
  • Strong communication and people‑management skills.
  • Proven experience in generating revenue and driving improvements.
  • Willingness to travel throughout the region for client/site visits.
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office packages.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
