You will drive operational performance, promote a positive and inclusive staff culture, and ensure residents are treated with dignity, compassion and fairness.
Role Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate and support teams to deliver high standards of performance, professionalism and resident-centred care.
- Maintain a visible leadership presence and participate in the Duty Director and Duty Manager rota.
- Ensure staffing, operational delivery and compliance meet contractual, financial and Home Office standards.
- Build a culture focused on dignity, inclusion, wellbeing, safeguarding and professional conduct.
- Work with internal teams, external agencies and key stakeholders to drive continuous improvement., A senior and influential role within a unique and complex operational environment.
