Salary: £31,000 per annum

Location: Hybrid role with monthly site visits across Inverness and the Highlands

Hours: 40 hours per week

Company Car: Provided

Team Size: Managing approximately 80 staff across multiple sites

Role Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with contract clients and conduct regular audit inspections
  • Monitor performance against SLAs and cleaning specifications
  • Manage daily employee wages and oversee workforce performance
  • Ensure Health & Safety compliance across all sites
  • Deliver consistent service across multiple contracts in line with company policies and procedures (HR, QHSE, RTW, Vetting, Compliance)
  • Lead, support, and develop a team of approximately 80 staff

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Previous management experience
  • Strong organisational and people management skills
  • IT literate, particularly in Microsoft Office
  • Full UK clean driving licence (company car provided)
  • IOSH Health & Safety qualification (desirable)
