The predicted salary is between 20000 - 25000 £ per year.

The role will require that you can work as part of a Team of Hosts who are responsible for maintaining all of the internal areas to the high standards expected. Close co‑operation with others is essential when working within the Department, as is the capacity to work responsibly as an individual to complete given tasks. Your daily and weekly tasks are assigned to ensure that the Department meets its scheduled requirements and client expectations. You will be the visible face of Bluewater, thus you are expected to provide all our guests with the very best level of service ensuring an enjoyable and memorable visit to Bluewater.

Main Duties

  • To ensure that Bluewater is safe, secure, clean and tidy at all times
  • To be the professional representative of Bluewater at all times
  • To achieve high levels of customer satisfaction across all areas of our service to customers at Bluewater
  • To achieve continuous improvement in the quality and efficiency of our services and in customer satisfaction
  • To assist in assessing the success of the development and to help improve our strategy for future schemes
  • To comply with Health & Safety at work regulations, fire regulations, and safe working practices
  • To comply with our Quality and Environmental Policy and Procedures
  • To provide a proactive service that delivers a positive Guest experience
  • To add the ‘wow' factor by delivering a service that goes the extra mile
  • To help build the fact of Bluewater (energetic, fun, trusted, likeable and reliable)
  • To provide a professional and timely Guest service
  • To respond to Guest issues in a professional and effective way with the intention of giving Guests a ‘surprise and delight' feeling in the way the issue has been managed

What we are looking for

Knowledge, Experience & Personal Skills

  • Knowledge: Relevant Job experience, preferably in an internal retail environment. Have had health and safety training and understand the principles.
  • Experience: Following processes and being able to work with own initiative for periods of time.
  • Personal Skills: Empathy to guests, excellent communicator, good team worker, strong customer service ethic, flexibility in working approach, sound interpersonal skills, attention to detail, good command of English language.
