Hygiene Operative - Flexible

We're looking for a Flexible Hygiene Operative who will deliver excellent service standards, while meeting SLA agreements and adhering to cleaning schedules.

Please only apply if you are suited to the following. We are a food manufacturing site and so must be able to work at fast pace and under pressure. We are offering a minimum of 32 hours per week, but more hours may be available when covering sickness and holidays.

We are looking for someone who is flexible, the right candidate must be available to work any day of the week, including weekends. Must be able to work from 06:00 until 20:00 and available to do nights.

This role is to work in our facilities side and the right candidate will help support the team to cover holidays and sickness.

Role Responsibilities:

• Ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained, and in safe working order
• Meet all agreed SLAs and follow cleaning schedules
• Build knowledge of the designated cleaning area and understand cleaning equipment and chemicals used
• Follow Health and Safety requirements and complete all required training
• Work effectively within a team and independently, delivering excellent customer service

What we're looking for:

• Ability to communicate and read basic English
• Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential
• Flexible and proactive approach to work
• Open, honest, self-driven, and determined attitude
• Reliable and hardworking with a professional demeanour
