Overview

We are looking for an experienced HVAC Engineer to maintain and repair a variety of heating and ventilation systems across our portfolio of properties. You will provide a safe and effective maintenance service across the sites, attending planned maintenance and reactive call-outs.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and repair HVAC systems across multiple sites, including Air Handling Units, intake/extractor fans, thermal wheels, FCUs, booster sets, calorifiers, water heaters, and other heating, ventilation, and water systems as required by site needs.
  • Deliver the highest level of service for the client, answer queries, report defects, and keep clients informed of site activities during service visits.
  • Complete all work-related documentation accurately and on time; keep a log of inspection reports and remedial work.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Valid full driving licence and IT literate.
  • Ability to perform manual tasks, including manual handling, working at heights, and in confined spaces; willing to participate in the On-Call Rota.
  • Good verbal and written communication; ability to use a mobile device.
  • Experience within a Maintenance/Facilities Management environment.
  • NVQ level 3 or equivalent in mechanical engineering and heating and ventilation.
  • Manual handling certification.
  • Working at heights certification.
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety, Permit to Work procedures, and safe systems of working.
