We're looking for a Multi Skilled Engineer OR Fabric Engineer who will deliver excellent service standards, while meeting SLA agreements and adhering to maintenance schedules.
Type: Full time permanent
Hours: 8-5, M-F
Location: Heathrow Airport
Role Responsibilities
- Deliver building fabric maintenance and repairs including carpentry, painting, and patch works.
- Carry out minor building fabric repairs and planned preventative maintenance (PPMs).
- Maintain inspection logs, remedial reports, and communicate updates to clients.
- Perform tasks such as door repairs, ceiling tile replacements, tiling, and gutter clearance.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards and maintain equipment condition.
What we're looking for
- Experience in facilities management or building services.
- Trade background or served experience in a similar role.
- Manual handling certified and physically fit for working at heights and confined spaces.
- Strong communication skills and IT literacy for task recording and updates.
