We're looking for a Mobile Cleaning Supervisor who will deliver excellent service standards, while meeting SLA agreements and adhering to cleaning schedules.
Compulsory Requirements:
- FULL UK Drivers license (held for more than 1 year)
- FULL 5 Years UK Employment history (no gaps)
- Ability to read and write English fluently and communicate to a high standard
- Confidence in driving an EV Van
This role requires the successful candidate to work in partnership with the two day shift FM supervisors, liaising with them on areas that require the deep cleaning team to work on throughout the shift, and have a real eye for attention to detail. The new FM Night Supervisor must also adhere to the instructions given by the Senior Supervisor on shift.
We are looking for an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to work with a range of Mitie clients to manage a cleaning team, including recruitment and development of staff and maintain excellent service standards for the delivery of routine planned and periodic cleaning for a Mitie customer. You will be responsible for the delivery of routine planned and periodic cleaning. You will ensure that the cleaning staff understand and work to task schedules while following the correct Health & Safety procedures by providing technical training as and when required. You will distribute uniforms, monitor standard of cleanliness and the use of materials and order stocks as necessary. You will deal with any issues efficiently and in a professional manner, referring to line manager where appropriate.
The ideal candidate will have previous supervisory and cleaning experience. They will have good communication skills, be reliable and hardworking with a professional attitude and they will be able to work to a schedule on their own initiative.
