ROLE: Engineering Supervisor

LOCATION: West London

CONTRACT: Full-time | Permanent

SHIFT: 4 on 4 off - Nights

We're looking for an Engineering Supervisor who will play a key role in providing technical leadership and operational oversight within the engineering team.

Role Responsibilities

  • Ensure engineers have the resources, information, and support they need to work efficiently and maintain high productivity levels.
  • Conduct Livesafe walk‑rounds, recording hazard spots and near misses through the Livesafe app, and log visits on Power BI.
  • Complete weekly walk‑rounds with the client, identifying and raising any faults or issues that require action.
  • Deliver monthly face‑to‑face toolbox talks, ensuring full team attendance and issuing the completed register to Training and the Operations Manager.
  • Proactively review Power BI dashboards to identify upcoming risks, prevent KPI failures, and ensure no tasks in WCON are overlooked.
  • Work closely with clients, providing regular updates and maintaining strong working relationships.

Required Qualifications

  • Relevant engineering qualifications in either an electrical or mechanical bias (City&Guilds / NVQ L3 / HND / OND or equivalent)
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills are essential.
  • Exceptional ability to convey written and oral information clearly and effectively.
