Hospitality Service Desk Administrator — Central London | Full-time – 40 hours/week

At Mitie, we\’re looking for a Hospitality Service Desk Administrator to join our front-of-house team in a corporate environment in Central London.
What You\’ll Be Doing
- Be the first point of contact for meeting and event booking enquiries.
- Manage the Event Management System (EMS) and coordinate with catering, audio-visual (AV), and facilities teams to ensure events run smoothly.
- Manage user accounts, prepare reports, and support menu updates and pricing accuracy.
- Assist with room setups on event days and provide on-the-ground support to ensure everything goes to plan.
- Support the wider workplace experience team to deliver a consistent and professional service across all touchpoints.
What We\’re Looking For
- At least two years of experience in hospitality, customer service, or a corporate front-of-house role.
- Confidence using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Highly organised with strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
- A positive, proactive attitude; hospitality or customer service qualifications are a bonus.
