As a team of Operational Control Centre Coordinators, you provide 24/7 operational cover and oversight for International Removals, working with multi-skilled colleagues to coordinate movements from start to end of the process to ensure efficiency and compliance.
Role Responsibilities:
- Reviews timings against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Assists in decision making on jobs, advising and instructing relevant parties accordingly.
- Monitors jobs in progress and provides a back-up/alternative solution for any issues or delays.
- First point of contact for customers, stakeholders and clients to answer queries and resolve issues.
- Correctly escalating and updating the Operational Control Manager of any incidents that may occur.
Person Specification:
- High energy and personal resilience – a can-do approach.
- Excellent standard of verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to see new and innovative ways of working.
- Personal skills such as negotiation, problem solving and the ability to build sound professional relationships.
