As a team of Operational Control Centre Coordinators, you provide 24/7 operational cover and oversight for International Removals, working with multi-skilled colleagues to coordinate movements from start to end of the process to ensure efficiency and compliance.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Reviews timings against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Assists in decision making on jobs, advising and instructing relevant parties accordingly.
  • Monitors jobs in progress and provides a back-up/alternative solution for any issues or delays.
  • First point of contact for customers, stakeholders and clients to answer queries and resolve issues.
  • Correctly escalating and updating the Operational Control Manager of any incidents that may occur.

Person Specification:

  • High energy and personal resilience – a can-do approach.
  • Excellent standard of verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to see new and innovative ways of working.
  • Personal skills such as negotiation, problem solving and the ability to build sound professional relationships.
