We're looking for a Head of Commercial to lead our Retail, Transport and Mobile portfolio—driving profitability, protecting margins, and unlocking value across high‑volume, high‑visibility contracts. Strategic Commercial Leadership

  • Identify and capitalise on revenue and margin opportunities across a fast‑moving portfolio
  • Provide hands‑on commercial support to Account Directors and Managers
  • Support winning and retaining key retail and transport contracts in competitive markets

Contract & Performance Management

  • Oversee commercial processes including variations, pricing changes, and compliance tracking
  • Ensure price uplifts and indexation are implemented accurately and on time
  • Maintain strong governance of contract documentation and data accuracy

Operational & Financial Impact

  • Support mobilisations and re‑mobilisations in live, customer‑facing environments
  • Lead commercial input into account performance reviews, re‑pricing, and turnaround strategies
  • Work closely with operational teams to quickly resolve disputes and minimise disruption

Insight, Risk & Reporting

  • Deliver clear, real‑time insight into risks, opportunities, and performance trends
  • Enable quick decision‑making to protect margin and drive growth

Collaboration & Leadership

  • Build strong relationships with clients in fast‑paced retail and transport environments
  • Coach and support teams with practical commercial guidance and training

  • Proven commercial leadership within the FM sector, ideally supporting retail or transport environments
  • Strong track record of driving profitability in high‑volume, operationally complex contracts
  • Deep understanding of commercial models, pricing mechanisms, and contract frameworks
  • Strong knowledge of SLAs, KPIs, and performance‑driven commercial risk
  • Experienced in negotiation and dispute management in live environments
