What You'll Be Doing
As Head of Commercial, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring we maximise opportunity while managing risk across the full contract lifecycle.
Strategic Commercial Leadership
- Identify and drive profit growth opportunities while proactively mitigating commercial risks
- Provide expert guidance to Account Directors and Managers across all stages of the contract lifecycle
- Support the win and retention of key accounts, ensuring strong GP and GM delivery
Contract & Performance Management
- Oversee key commercial processes including contract variations, notices, and compliance tracking
- Ensure annual pricing adjustments and indexation activities are delivered accurately and on time
- Maintain robust and up-to-date contract documentation and data repositories
Operational & Financial Impact
- Lead or support mobilisation and re-mobilisation activities
- Deliver commercial input into account turnaround strategies, re-pricing, and contract reviews
- Partner with operational teams to resolve disputes and manage claims effectively
Insight, Risk & Reporting
- Develop clear, actionable reporting on risks and opportunities, providing visibility to senior leadership
- Translate complex data into strategic recommendations and action plans
Collaboration & Leadership
- Influence stakeholders at all levels, including senior client representatives
- Provide commercial training and mentorship to operational and finance teams
- Contribute to cross-functional initiatives and special projects

- Proven success in a senior commercial role within the FM sector
- Demonstrable track record of improving profitability and driving performance
- Strong experience in contract management, pricing models, and payment mechanisms
- Deep understanding of SLAs, KPIs, and performance-related risk mitigation
- Extensive experience in negotiation and dispute resolution
