About the Role
We are looking for a well-spoken, professional and reliable Retail Security Officer to join our team. The successful candidate should have excellent communication skills, a professional manner and the ability to communicate confidently with customers, colleagues and management.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing a visible and professional security presence
- Preventing and detecting theft and loss
- Monitoring the store and responding appropriately to incidents
- Assisting customers and staff when required
- Maintaining a safe and secure environment
- Following company security procedures and policies
- Completing incident reports accurately when required
- Using company-issued security equipment, including a mobile phone and body-worn camera
- Maintaining professional standards and good communication at all times
