We're looking for a Hark Asset Mapping & Data Alignment Specialist to support a key integration project, ensuring high-quality asset data alignment across systems and enabling improved operational performance and analytics.
Responsibilities
- Asset Mapping & Data Alignment: Perform desk-based asset mapping between Hark and MAS (Maximo) systems, matching and aligning assets without site visits.
- Data Quality & Validation: Identify gaps, duplicates, and anomalies in asset data and coordinate resolution with engineering and data teams. Validate and compile mapping outputs, ensuring clean and structured datasets for BAU data teams. Input validated data into systems via established processes. Support feedback loops to continuously improve data quality and prevent recurring issues. Ensure data integrity to support automated work order creation and reliable reporting.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the central coordination point for asset mapping activities within the Hark project. Work closely with project stakeholders to align mapping activities with contract migrations and project timelines. Support pilot phases and transition activities into business-as-usual operations. Collaborate with engineering, asset, and data teams to ensure smooth integration and process consistency.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex asset and system data.
- Experience working within CAFM systems, asset management, or FM data environments.
- Working knowledge of Maximo (MAS) and/or Hark, or the ability to quickly upskill.
- Understanding of building services / BMS assets and engineering principles.
- High attention to detail with the ability to work through large, complex datasets methodically.
- Experience in data, administrative, or coordination roles involving system usage.
Desirable
- Familiarity with asset hierarchies, tagging standards, and engineering nomenclature.
- Exposure to large-scale data migration or system integration projects.
