The successful candidate will be responsible for producing and providing clients with quotations for fire and security systems, including CCTV, intruder alarms, access control, and fire alarm systems, all within the agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs). This role requires effective liaison with engineers, surveyors, and other stakeholders to ensure quotations are accurate and efficiently produced. The candidate will manage daily emails, address queries, elevate issues when necessary, and handle various ad‑hoc tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Produce quotations for CCTV, intruder alarms, access control, and fire alarm systems within the agreed SLAs.
- Manage daily emails, respond to queries, and elevate issues as needed.
- Liaise with engineers, surveyors, and the small works department to ensure accurate and efficient quotation production.
- Convert sales enquiries to actual jobs upon client order approval.
- Obtain supplier quotations and check stock availability to support planning and equipment orders.
- Perform any other ad‑hoc administrative tasks as requested, supporting the Small Works department and Project Managers.
- Proactive team member with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Self‑motivated and confident in working with different teams and internal/external clients.
