Key accountabilities and measures:
- Proactively merge intelligence from disparate qualitative and quantitative sources and draw inferences and conclusions based on client needs.
- Use OSINT to identify security threats to our clients' people and property, escalating as appropriate.
- Support the analytical work of the intelligence analyst team to produce a variety of intelligence products.
- Support the major incident response of the department, communicating to all relevant stakeholders in a timely, accurate and concise manner.
- Maintain mass communications software, including the regular updating of clients' contact details and preferences.
- Use bulk data within Excel and other software to produce baseline security threat assessments for client assets.
- Conduct other research or duties as required by the Intelligence Operations Manager.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR and company and client quality standards.
- Flexibility to work weekend and night shifts across an eight-week shift pattern.
