Hard Services Manager
Milton Keynes
We are looking for an electrical biased Hard Services Manager to join our client at a high-profile site in Milton Keynes.
As a Hard Services Manager, you will be responsible for leading the maintenance and engineering activities to ensure all planned and reactive works are identified and executed in a safe manner in line with H&S policies whilst falling within the cost planning of works. You will be reviewing site documentation and improving the quality of service delivery and maintain KPIs and SLAs.
You will be regularly meeting with staff, subcontractors and the management team to ensure relevant communications and instructions are effectively passed down to deliver a quality service.
The ideal candidate will have:
