ROLE: Handyperson/Joiner

HOURS: 38.5 hours. 4 on, 4 off. (4 days on = 2 days, 2 nights).

LOCATION: Royal Victoria/Freeman Hospital, Newcastle.

Responsibilities

  • Responding to maintenance requests.
  • Performing routine plant checks.
  • Assisting with general cleaning duties.
  • Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities and plant history.
  • Ensure all work is carried out safely and in accordance with health and safety procedures.

Qualifications

  • Relevant certification or qualification within a joinery/plumbing/electrical field.
  • Experience with working within a maintenance position or equivalent.
  • Passionate and driven individual who is motivated to learn and advance on their skills.
