We're looking for a Handyman to provide delivery of facilities services across commercial and industrial environments at our Balderstone site. Role Responsibilities
- -Carry out general minor maintenance tasks across the site.
- -Act as the first responder for maintenance issues, ensuring assets are made safe and isolated where required.
- -Complete minor building repairs including door handles, door closers, window handles, blind repairs, wall repairs, floor repairs and trip hazard repairs.
- -Undertake minor fabric maintenance works to support the efficient operation of the facility.
- -Carry out minor plumbing tasks including toilet seat replacements, flush repairs, tap revivers and trap cleaning.
Full, current UK driving licence.
- -Background in facilities maintenance within a similar environment.
- -Qualified in one of the building trades.
- -Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload.
- -Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
