Department Manager in Hampshire

Mitie is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Department Manager to lead a diverse and highly visible Information Management and Office Services team supporting Defence customers across Hampshire. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual who enjoys leading people, driving service improvements, building strong customer relationships, and developing their leadership experience within one of the UK's leading Facilities Management organisations. The role is primarily based at HMS Collingwood, Fareham, where much of the team and management activity is centred. However, regular travel will be required to support service delivery, team engagement, and customer relationships at HMS Sultan, Gosport and HMS Excellent, Portsmouth. This provides valuable exposure to a variety of operational environments and stakeholders across the Defence estate. You will lead several service areas including Information Hub operations, Reprographics, Corporate Communications and Event Support, Personal Assistant and Executive Support Services, and Chaplaincy Administration. No two days are the same, and you'll have the opportunity to influence service delivery across multiple sites while working alongside experienced operational leaders.
