ROLE: Air Conditioning Engineer HOURS: Full Time LOCATION: Broadoak, Portsmouth (Static Site with Regional Support)

We're looking for a qualified and experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to be based at our Broadoak site in Portsmouth, delivering high‑quality maintenance across a predominantly static site with additional regional support as required.
- Role Responsibilities
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) in line with contractual obligations and statutory requirements.
- Respond promptly and effectively to reactive maintenance tasks and system breakdowns.
- Diagnose faults and complete repairs across a wide range of air conditioning and HVAC systems.
- Ensure all works are completed in accordance with health & safety regulations and company procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including service reports and asset updates, while liaising with site management to minimise disruption.
- Required Qualifications
- Recognised Air Conditioning / HVAC qualification (City & Guilds, NVQ or equivalent).
- Valid F‑Gas certification (essential).
- Proven experience delivering both PPM and reactive maintenance within a commercial or industrial environment.
- Good understanding of health & safety compliance requirements.
- Full UK driving licence.
