ROLE: Air Conditioning Engineer HOURS: Full Time LOCATION: Broadoak, Portsmouth (Static Site with Regional Support)

We're looking for a qualified and experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to be based at our Broadoak site in Portsmouth, delivering high‑quality maintenance across a predominantly static site with additional regional support as required.

  • Role Responsibilities
  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) in line with contractual obligations and statutory requirements.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to reactive maintenance tasks and system breakdowns.
  • Diagnose faults and complete repairs across a wide range of air conditioning and HVAC systems.
  • Ensure all works are completed in accordance with health & safety regulations and company procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including service reports and asset updates, while liaising with site management to minimise disruption.
  • Required Qualifications
  • Recognised Air Conditioning / HVAC qualification (City & Guilds, NVQ or equivalent).
  • Valid F‑Gas certification (essential).
  • Proven experience delivering both PPM and reactive maintenance within a commercial or industrial environment.
  • Good understanding of health & safety compliance requirements.
  • Full UK driving licence.
