We are looking for a Facilities Assistant who is passionate and driven to support our clients' day-to-day operations and assist the team in completing various tasks, meeting various KPIs and SLAs.

Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out general administration tasks.
  • Utilising your skills on MS Outlook and MS Excel.
  • Using Maximo, matrix and other software where full training will be given.
  • Issuing building passes.
  • Taking queries from site staff and following up on any issues raised.
  • Raising work orders for Mitie or relevant contractors and keeping staff informed of progress.
  • Stationery orders/consumables.
  • Being a First Aider and Fire Warden to be a go-to person for any issues or questions.
  • Managing room bookings and car park management.
  • Unlocking and locking the building (SIA required) on an ad-hoc basis.

What we are looking for:

  • Previous experience within Security, Administration or equivalent would be desirable.
  • Excellent people skills with great communication.
  • Strong computer proficiency with MS Office packages.
  • Some knowledge of Health & Safety regulations.
  • Desirable knowledge of Building Services (Hard and Soft Services).
