What You'll Be Doing

As a Security Officer at M&S, you'll help create a safe and positive shopping experience by:

  • Providing a visible and professional security presence within store.
  • Delivering world class customer service to customers and colleagues.
  • Helping prevent loss, theft and anti-social behaviour.
  • Using store technology including body-worn cameras and mobile reporting systems.
  • Responding calmly and professionally to incidents and emergencies.
  • Maintaining a safe environment by identifying and reporting hazards.
  • Supporting compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

  • A valid SIA Licence.
  • Previous security experience.
