Shift Pattern: four 5-hour shifts, hours between 08:30 and 20:00 (following a four-week rotation)
Location: Shopping Centre – Trinity Leeds, Leeds
Note: This role starts 1st April 2026
Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of all enquiries at the reception / guest lounge area, using questioning and listening skills to identify and offer solutions to guests’ needs.
- Build strong relationships with colleagues as part of a "one team" approach to customer service and achieving business objectives.
- Respond to emails in a professional and timely manner while maintaining appearance and housekeeping standards of the Guest Services lounge.
- Maintain a professional appearance and follow rules regarding personal presentation.
- Answer telephone queries clearly and professionally, manage Trinity Leeds Gift card sales and lost property.
- Support on centre events (e.g., summer / winter activations, craft clubs, Sip sessions, Artisan Markets) as part of the guest services team.
- Support the management team with administrative tasks and provide assistance as needed to maintain a high standard of work.
- Lead by example for the “Made you smile” and “Mystery shopper” initiatives where applicable.
- Stay vigilant and report any suspicious activity to the Control Room; support with Fire Emergency procedures as instructed.
- Follow correct procedures to forward customer complaints to the Client and uphold Trinity Leeds and Landsec Values.
