Your main responsibility will be to lead a team of HCPs providing detained individuals with exact assessments and assuring their care and wellbeing needs are met. Looking at Rota gaps and covering as needed.
You will manage the HCPs ensuring they are supervised and appraised appropriately. Acting as management you will work as a part of an integrated team with the Clinical lead and Lead senior to ensure that the local processes follow National Clinical Governance Standards and the Forces
