Location: Scotland & Northern England | Attendance at Rutherglen office required on Mondays and Fridays

Hours: 40 Hours Monday - Friday (Overtime and some overnight stays may be required)

We're looking for a Site Technician to support the maintenance and decommissioning of telecom sites across the UK, delivering work safely, professionally and to the highest standards. This position is an entry level introduction into the telecoms industry so no specific experience is required.

Role Responsibilities
  • Assist with the maintenance and decommissioning of telecom sites, carrying out both tower‑based and ground‑based tasks
  • Undertake regular climbing and working at height activities in line with safe systems of work
  • Ensure a strong focus on customer satisfaction at all times
  • Comply fully with company standards relating to Health & Safety, Environment and Quality
  • Maintain clear, accurate and timely records in line with company procedures
  • Keep up to date with changes in industry and technical standards as directed
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and positively contribute across teams
What we're looking for
  • An outgoing individual who enjoys working outdoors
  • Comfortable working at height with a good head for heights
  • Background in manual work or a trade is desirable but not essential
  • Ability to manage own workload effectively with a positive work ethic
  • Open, approachable, flexible and responsive attitude

  • Full UK Driving License
