We're looking for a proactive and experienced Electrician to lead Hard FM delivery at Tennent's Brewery. You'll oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance, safety, and service excellence across the site. Role responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day site operations, ensuring compliance with contract requirements and safety standards
- Deliver PPM and reactive maintenance in line with your qualifications
- Manage subcontractors, including audits, permits, and risk assessments
- Support the Account Manager and provide leadership to engineers and operatives
- Ensure KPIs and SLAs are met and identify opportunities for additional works
Required qualifications:
- Recognised trade qualification (City & Guilds Level II/III or SVQ level 3 or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of Health & Safety and safe working practices
- Experience in Hard FM service delivery within a live environment
