As a Front of House team member, you'll be the face of our service, delivering a welcoming and secure environment for all visitors and staff. You'll play a key role in upholding site standards and supporting various service functions across the premises.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service across all areas of the site.
- Fulfil site requirements in line with our Service Level Agreement (SLA).
- Handle customer requests quickly and efficiently.
- Support site safety and security by following specific task instructions consistently.
- Monitor compliance with site rules, escalating issues when necessary.
- Undertake reception and admin duties, with the chance to develop expertise in specific service areas.
- Collaborate with and support other service lines when required.
