About the Role

As a Front of House team member, you'll be the face of our service, delivering a welcoming and secure environment for all visitors and staff.

You'll play a key role in upholding site standards and supporting various service functions across the premises.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service across all areas of the site.
  • Fulfil site requirements in line with our Service Level Agreement (SLA).
  • Handle customer requests quickly and efficiently.
  • Support site safety and security by following specific task instructions consistently.
  • Monitor compliance with site rules, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Undertake reception and admin duties, with the chance to develop expertise in specific service areas.
  • Collaborate with and support other service lines when required.

You'll Have

  • (Optional but beneficial) Basic IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • A willingness to undergo DV (Developed Vetting) clearance.
