Role: Mobile Fabric Engineer (with electrical) - 40 hrs/week - Location: Camberley, GU16 7AL.

We're looking for a Mobile Fabric Engineer who will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of general/fabric maintenance and support tasks across our clients' sites in the South East.
Role Responsibilities
- Minor building fabric repairs, including relamping of defective luminaries, minor decorating, plumbing repairs, and furniture building.
- Weekly and monthly planned maintenance tasks such as fire alarm tests, flushing of low‑use outlets, water temperature recording, and emergency lighting tests.
- Participation in standby rota for emergency calls outside normal working hours (currently 1 in 3).
- Monthly utilities meter readings.
- First‑line response to reactive repairs.
Required Qualifications
- Full, current driving licence.
- Background in facilities or mobile maintenance, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Qualified in electrical work—Level 2 or 3 City & Guilds preferred but not essential.
