As Fire Compliance Manager, you'll be the trusted expert responsible for ensuring thousands of fire detection and suppression assets remain compliant, maintained and performing at their best.
You’ll work directly with senior stakeholders, clients and engineering teams, leading the delivery of:

What You'll Be Doing
Leading Compliance Excellence
You'll ensure all fire systems are maintained and certified in accordance with applicable standards and legislation, providing assurance to both clients and internal stakeholders.
Driving Operational Performance
You'll oversee reactive maintenance, planned servicing, surveys, quotations and project handovers whilst ensuring SLA and KPI targets are consistently achieved.
Being the Technical Expert
You'll support operational and engineering teams with technical guidance across:
- Fire Alarm Systems
- Emergency Lighting
- Sprinkler Systems
- Wet & Dry Risers
- PAVA Systems
- EVC Systems
- AOV Systems
- Fire Suppression Technologies
Building Exceptional Client Relationships
You'll become a trusted partner to our customers, providing expert advice, managing escalations and delivering confidence through outstanding communication.
Leading Continuous Improvement
You’ll analyse trends, identify opportunities, reduce false alarms, improve processes and help shape innovative solutions that enhance service delivery and client experience.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking a confident, commercially aware leader who combines strong technical knowledge with outstanding people and stakeholder management skills.
Essential Experience
- Fire systems maintenance and compliance management
- Managing SLAs, KPIs and operational performance
- Client-facing contract delivery experience
- Team leadership and stakeholder management
- Technical knowledge across multiple fire system disciplines
- Strong commercial awareness
- Excellent reporting and analytical skills
Technical Knowledge
A strong understanding of:
- BS 5839
- BS 5266
- BS 5306
- BS EN 12845
- BS 9990
- UK Fire Safety Legislation
FIA qualifications or equivalent would be highly desirable.
