We’re looking for a Water Technician who will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and monitoring of water treatment systems, ensuring water safety and full regulatory compliance across customer sites.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of approximately 10–12 field‑based engineers, ensuring effective scheduling and delivery of PPM works.
  • Work closely with the Regional Operations Manager to ensure safe and efficient service delivery across the region.
  • Oversee water hygiene activities including cooling tower cleaning and disinfection, water tank cleaning, closed system testing and dosing, and general Legionella control.
  • Ensure all KPI targets for completion are met and work is delivered in line with contractual requirements.
  • Provide training and support to engineers on Legionella PPM tasks and safe working practices.
  • Maintain strong operational oversight of large contracts and attend client review meetings to assess performance and KPIs.
  • Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations.
