Contract: Permanent | Type: Full‑time | Hours: 48 per week | Shift Pattern: 4 days on 4 days off 12 hours per day | Pay: £12.71 per hour | Location: Wychavon Council, Oat Street, Worcester, Worcestershire, England, WR11 4PJ. Mobile driving to the following locations: Pershore, Droitwich, Evesham & Broadway.
Responsibilities:
- Open, close and clean Wychavon district councils public toilets.
- Ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained, and in safe working order.
- Meet all agreed SLAs and follow cleaning schedules.
- Build knowledge of the designated cleaning area and understand cleaning equipment and chemicals used.
- Follow Health and Safety requirements and complete all required training.
- Work effectively within a team and independently, delivering excellent customer service.
- Clean your designated site three times per day to a high standard.
Qualifications:
- Ability to communicate and read basic English.
- Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential.
- Flexible and proactive approach to work.
- Open, honest, self‑driven, and determined attitude.
- Reliable and hardworking with a professional demeanor.
- Driving licence required (a company van will be provided on shift).
