We're looking for a Mobile Fabric Engineer who will be supporting for the delivery of building maintenance and fabric services across the estate. Role Responsibilities: Carry out Building Maintenance Technician duties, such as but not limited to maintenance / repair to joinery; maintenance / minor repair to building fabric, painting / touching up to properties, minor mechanical / electrical repairs; minor repair to plumbing systems and clearing blockages; gutter Lath repairs and modifications to tiling; repairs and modification to door locks and door jamb repair, hanging doors, adjusting and installing door closers; repairs and maintenance to ceiling tiles, and any general repair to the facility that is required to maintain the standard of the building. Ensuring the timely delivery of general building and fabric maintenance Support for all general handyman duties for 2-man working and absence cover. Undertake minor works / alterations. Ensuring equipment is kept clean, in working order and sent for repair where necessary. Required Qualifications: Comply with all safety policies and procedures and maintain a positive Health and Safety Culture.
