What future roles could involve:
- Managing a varied caseload of employee relations matters, providing clear, pragmatic advice aligned to employment law and best practice
- Coaching and empowering line managers to confidently manage ER cases while balancing risk and commercial outcomes
- Partnering with HR colleagues and senior stakeholders across the business
- Supporting ER policy and process reviews, contributing to continuous improvement
- Working collaboratively with Legal and Occupational Health teams on complex cases, including Early Conciliation and Employment Tribunal matters
Requirements:
- HR or ER professionals with a strong working knowledge of employee relations policy and UK employment law
- Experience managing ER cases and delivering sound, solution-focused advice
- A people-centred approach, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work with professionalism, discretion and confidentiality
- Experience within a HR Shared Service Centre environment (desirable)
- CIPD qualification at Level 3, 5 or 7 (desirable - study support available)
